The Berdyansk City Military Administration has made amendments to the social protection program "Territory of Care" for the years 2022–2024. These changes are aimed at providing one-time financial assistance to unemployed individuals with disabilities residing in Berdyansk, in preparation for the 2024–2025 autumn-winter season.

To qualify for financial assistance, applicants must meet the following conditions:

They must have a registered place of residence in the Berdyansk city territorial community and have relocated to the territory controlled by Ukraine due to Russian aggression and temporary occupation.

Ukrainians must have a disability group I or II or be 70 years of age or older in 2024.

Their pension and/or state social assistance (excluding benefits for internally displaced persons) must not exceed 6000 UAH per month.

However, assistance will not be provided to individuals fully funded by the state.

The financial payment will equal the difference between 6000 UAH and the total amount of pension and/or state social assistance received in the month prior to the application, rounded to the nearest hundred UAH.

Minimum assistance: at least 500 UAH will be provided.

Additional support: individuals with disability group I will receive 1000 UAH.
