Zakrevskaya pointed out the current shortage of recruits, which she believes complicates the maintenance of rotation or the establishment of clear service conditions without affecting military efficiency.

She asserts that attracting more women to the army is a necessary step to address these gaps in recruitment.

“It is obvious that mandatory mobilization of women should have been announced a long time ago. (...) Of course, this won't completely resolve the issue of replenishment, but it is essential nonetheless,” stated the lawyer and military officer.

Zakrevskaya also emphasized the importance of rotation for current servicemen, noting that time spent at home is crucial for rest, recovery, and reconnecting with loved ones. In her view, this is vital for maintaining morale and preventing burnout among military personnel.

She believes that Ukrainians are faced with a simple yet profound choice: occupation, emigration, or resistance. She chose resistance, highlighting her commitment to defending Ukraine and expressing the conviction that true citizenship means actively resisting aggression.
