In the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, a measure of restraint was being determined for Member of Parliament Mykola Tyshchenko, who is accused of unlawfully depriving a former serviceman of his freedom in Dnipro, as reported by "Vidomo".
This time, the court has again extended the measure of restraint in the form of round-the-clock house arrest until December 23.
"The court has decided: to grant the petition, extending the measure of restraint for Tyshchenko Mykola Mykolayovych in the form of round-the-clock house arrest within the framework of the pre-trial investigation until December 23, 2024," – announced the investigating judge.
