In Kamensky, the Dnipro District Court penalized a woman who insulted a man during a family dispute, as reported by "Vydomo" citing the court's ruling.
The examination of the case revealed that the man himself approached the court. It was established that the woman committed psychological domestic violence against him—specifically, she used foul language towards him. She did not attend the court hearing.
She was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of article 173-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and was fined in favor of the state in the amount of ten non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens—170 hryvnias.
