Recently, at one of the road checkpoints, patrol officers stopped the driver of a ZAZ Slavuta for a routine check. During their interaction, the inspectors noticed signs of alcohol intoxication. This was reported by "Vydomo," citing the Patrol Police of Dnipropetrovsk Region.
According to the law enforcement officials, the man underwent testing with a "Drager." The result indicated that the driver's blood alcohol content was 3.08 promille, which corresponds to a state of severe intoxication.
The patrol officers drew up a protocol against the man under part 1 of article 130 (Driving under the influence) and prohibited him from driving.
