Kovalenko emphasized that the Russian Federation will likely prioritize human resources over technology, suggesting that Ukraine should focus on enhancing the effectiveness of neutralizing enemy forces to maintain a strategic advantage.

Kovalenko predicts that a major issue in 2025 will be the enormous scale of Russian troop deployment. To counter this, Ukraine may need to increase enemy losses from the current 30,000–35,000 to approximately 45,000–50,000 per month. Given these circumstances, the expert highlighted that mobilization will play a crucial role in supporting Ukraine's resistance.

Мобилизация

Currently, only certain categories of women are being recruited for military service. However, if the war escalates, Ukraine may implement general mobilization, potentially including women. Kovalenko explained that while women are unlikely to participate in assault operations, they will play an important role in support areas.

Their contributions will include medical care, administration, logistics, and other vital rear duties essential for maintaining army operations.

Involving women in support roles will ease the burden on men in non-combat positions, allowing a larger portion of the male personnel to focus on direct combat responsibilities at the front.
