This is a salad with pickled mushrooms that is quite simple to prepare. Not everyone is familiar with this recipe, so your guests will be pleasantly surprised if you serve it.

Ingredients:

  • chicken — 200 g;
  • canned mushrooms — 100 g;
  • bell pepper — 1-2 pcs;
  • canned corn — 100 g;
  • parsley — a bunch;
  • canned white beans — 200 g;
  • salt and pepper — to taste;
  • mayonnaise — to taste.

Preparation method:

1. Cut the chicken into small cubes. After rinsing and drying, chop the fresh parsley, which will not only add flavor but also vibrant green color to the salad.

2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper, then chop it into small square pieces. The salad will look most vivid and appealing with red pepper. Combine the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl.

3. Add the canned ingredients — corn, white beans, and mushrooms. If the mushrooms are whole, slice them thinly beforehand. Before serving, dress our colorful “assortment” with mayonnaise, seasoning it with salt and ground pepper.

4. Mix the ingredients and taste, adding more salt or pepper if needed.

5. Serve the colorful salad with pickled mushrooms, chicken, and pepper on plates and enjoy!
