Ingredients:

Drumsticks - 7 pcs.

Onion - 2 pcs.

Champignon mushrooms - 300 g.

Broth - 750 ml.

Cream - 200 ml.

Flour - 1 tbsp. (heaped).

Butter - a piece.

Dry white wine - 130 ml.

Garlic - 2-3 cloves.

Salt - to taste.

Pepper - to taste.

Herbs - to taste (for example, thyme, parsley, or dill).

Cooking Instructions:

First, season the drumsticks with salt and pepper.

In a skillet, melt a piece of butter and add the chicken. Sear the drumsticks until golden brown on all sides. Once they are browned, remove them and set aside.

Next, add the chopped mushrooms to the same skillet and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Add the chopped onion to the mushrooms and sauté until they become soft. Then, grate the garlic and add it to the mixture, cooking for another minute.

Also, add 1 tablespoon of flour and cook for another minute. Then pour in the dry white wine and chicken broth. Add salt and pepper to taste and return the drumsticks to the skillet.

Cover the skillet with a lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. After that, remove the lid and continue cooking.

Once the chicken is cooked through, add the cream and simmer for a couple more minutes. Finally, sprinkle with herbs and adjust the seasonings to taste.
