These programs, based on standard curricula, are designed to provide teachers with a flexible framework for planning school calendars and subjects.

Experts believe that these updates will take into account the changing needs of Ukraine's education system, which has faced significant changes due to recent socio-economic challenges.

The updated programs from the Ministry cover seven key areas:

Natural Sciences.

Language and Literature.

Mathematics.

Arts.

Technologies.

Ethics and Moral Education.

Social and Medical Education.

These curricula, available through the Ministry's official platform, are developed in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard for Basic Secondary Education. They are structured to require minimal educational workload while covering the essential topics within the standard.

Each program specifies the minimum time required for each topic, allowing for flexible scheduling of learning. Additionally, new educational activities have been included to help students catch up on material missed due to interruptions in regular classroom instruction.
