The case of former Dnipropetrovsk governor Reznichenko: The High Anti-Corruption Court has upheld the bail amount.

The Appeals Chamber reviewed the appeals filed by the defense and prosecution against the ruling of the investigating judge of the VAKS dated September 16, 2024, regarding the application of a bail measure amounting to 30 million UAH for the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Valentyn Reznychenko, as reported by "Vydomo".

"As a result of the review, the panel of judges of the Appeals Chamber of VAKS denied the appeals of the parties, and the ruling of the investigating judge of VAKS remains unchanged. The decision came into legal force upon its announcement and is not subject to appeal in cassation," the statement reads.
